Teghan is a Melbourne native with a lifelong curiosity in the body’s capabilities, which led her to study Biomedical Science and then, Osteopathy. She graduated with Distinction from RMIT with a double Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).

During her studies, she was the head sports trainer, osteopath and rehab for a local women’s AFL team. This role deepened her understanding of how to optimise performance and recovery. Her comprehensive approach to Osteopathy focuses on health, healing, and injury prevention.

She enjoys treating any and all musculoskeletal pain, pregnancy and post-partum care, headaches, jaw pain, and she offers preventative healthcare. She helps people of all ages improve their mobility, reduce pain, and feel their best.

Outside of Osteopathy, she is always on the lookout for a new Netflix series and ways to stay active and healthy. She’s here to help you do the same!
